You have to use a shared host like Bluehost and install WordPress to get access to plugins. If you’re using the .com version of WordPress it’s functionally a website builder and the restrict plugins until you upgrade to a business plan or higher.

you have “homepage” and “posts page”… under posts page, all I see under the dropdown is “homepage” I don’t have option for blog? Ive tried several themes.

As a beginner I couldnt watch ths. You waste too much time on very unimportant or small details and why not show how to build from scratch instead of using a pre-existing template.
