Chinese state-owned automobile manufacturer Beijing Automotive Group (BAIC) reached a strategic partnership with Bosch China on Feb. 1, with the two companies committing to strengthening cooperation in the areas of smart cockpits, smart driving, and intelligent connected industry, according to a BAIC announcement on Thursday. Bosch is set to provide BAIC with a number of products based on its intelligent solutions as the latter seeks to gain more market share in the highly competitive auto industry, while the German auto parts supplier eyes further expansion in China.
