New from Perth Mint
Pm is running full at speed double shift trying to make blanks for PM coins.
However our production for bars is running at 70% capacity as there are lower demand. But bar production line cannot make round blanks.
As for dore bares our warehouse is full.
We have not accept any extra orders from foreign mints as we already supplied contracted quantity.
And PM is making a killing Kangaroos, Lunar and Eagles and others.
Why would PM selll bulk blanks at 25c margin when we can sell Kangaroos for $2 premiums
Also silly rumours that USMint can only pay spot for silver lol.
PM nor RCM will never sell blanks that are refined products to USMint for spot.
Only idiots with tiinoil hats believe that. That’s like saying Walmart will only pay for wheat spot to bread makers

I think there is higher demand in china for silver coins and so a higher price untill someone figures this out and increases the supply. Don’t hold your breath because most of the mints are run by governments.

The issue is people are calling it a shortage when we are in a deficit of silver. We are constantly using more silver than we are mining and eventually it will cause us to go into a full shortage. It all starts with no producing the small items like rounds.
Imagine thinking there was a silver shortage 🤣 Yea nobody has huge vaults full of metal and diamonds and other things. Even when they say there is a bacon shortage… There is no bacon shortage but ppl run out and buy bacon🤣 Just like guns and ammo sales down, say we gon ban guns! guns flies off the shelf…🙃
