King County 2-1-1 is no longer scheduling appointments for the County’s Coordinated Entry for All program. Going forward, each Regional Access Point (RAP) will be responsible for scheduling CEA appointments beginning on Monday, July 1st, 2019. Clients and case managers seeking a housing assessment through CEA must now visit the CEA website linked here in order to find the information for the nearest RAP.

Individuals and families in need of housing are still welcome and encouraged to contact King County 2-1-1 for referrals including emergency shelters, day centers, DV resources as well as longer term housing options. However, all callers looking for information related to CEA will be directed to the County’s CEA website where they may find a list of RAPs along with any contact information.
