  1. Ima keep my Geo 4 til it breaks on me. Sucks they never made them Bluetooth like the cs2. At a price tag of $1400k when it was released you’d expect premium features too.

  2. I just feel like how much does it cost to actually build it?? You can buy 3 glocks for that price or 7 shotguns or an ar15 and a pistol and a 22lr like sheeeeshhhhhh 1750$$

    1. Talk about two different guns here… we are shooting gelatin capsuls out at 10.5 bps. They aren’t the same. Saying that this is the highest end paintball gun you can buy so there are plenty under this value. You can’t build these either. No tournament paintball marker manufacturer sells markers as parts.

  3. Question to everyone:

Where do you prefer to get your paint?
I usually support local stores, for magfed players out there I live walking distance to MCS so I would get graffiti paint from them but after they had said they got a new shipment and all the balls had 2 or more dents on them I stopped going there (for paint). Ive tried some other local shops/field but I was wondering if anyone had any luck with the online subscriptions.

  4. Its awful when you dont watch the videos right away…. my calves have shrunk so much because I didn’t watch right away.

  5. This reminds me of the glory days of the original Angels, Autocockers (all iterations and custom builds), Automags etc…equipped with Dye Boomsticks and the VL Revolution quad paddle hoppers that were used for tournament play in the late 90’s to early 2000’s.

I’ve definitely been away from the sport for a while having not played a game of paintball in the last 20 years. When I was playing I was running an original Tippmann 98 with a gen 1 Flatline and a VL Revolution two paddle version. In the early 2000’s you were above average if your gun shot 13-15 bps. Apparently that’s the standard now. 😊🙃

The technology of paintball guns / markers has developed exponentially from when I first played back in 1998 when paintball was near its peak in popularity. (Correct me if I am wrong.) The one thing that hasn’t changed about the sport is the fact that players of all ages and skill levels can get together and have a fun weekend playing “tag” in the woods or on a speedball course.

Back when the body had enough meat on it to actually give it a custom look.
But then everything needs to be 2oz lighter and leave no room for changes.

    2. I stopped playing pro in 2001. Doesn’t look like the technology got much better in the past 20 years, but comparing playing with pm68s, sheridans, autocockers, automags, and pump traccers phantoms in the early and mid 90s to shockers, impulses, angels, and other electric solenoid, low pressure guns around 2000 was a huge leap. The industry has really slowed down. I figured by 2023 they would have really gone nuts with the equipment. Looks like it’s more of the same.

  6. How do people sell used markers these days? I use to use my local shop but Covid put them out of business.

  7. Old skool pro player from 22ish years ago who played with a gen 1 smartparts impulse and freak barrel system watching this video in 2023 is unimpressed with the “advancements” in technology over the past 2 decades. Low op pressure? Had that. Barrels to match paint bore size? Had that. They really need to up their game and stop trying to reinvent the wheel, then charge almost $2k for it.
