Did you work for a public firm while doing this? I’m a CPA pretty early in my career and this sounds like a lucrative idea. Especially considering I already clean up small business books consistently when it comes tax time.
My only concern is limited exposure to QB while in public accounting other than receiving reports printed by clients. I have used QB before but it was years ago. Does this come back pretty quick if you are a tax CPA?
