Very good video but have query re Email to Bills 5.13 – fields have been populated (supposedly because using “Premium”). 1. Where does it say on the Xero web site that this is a benefit of the Premium package as opposed to the Standard package? 2. Field NOT been populated is “NO CONTACT” – starting to create duplicate NO CONTACTS that cannot be deleted but can be archived. I’ve had to turn a TESCO contact into a ROYAL MAIL contact – please do a video on CONTACTS & the consequences of “changing the face of a contact” as above. (From the UK).
1. Ooooo you were quick to spot that – thank you – we had a trial of the emails to bills running on our Premium plan but just recently released it to all plans and you caught us before we updated the video – that’s happening now thank you!

Xero is great but ruined by stupid security and now 2FA which you are forced to use. Avoid at all costs. Used to recommend it but not now as it’s SO painful with constant security. User should have the ability to choose their own security.
You can turn it off.
