    1. Hi! For the toolbox, I looked at documentation and all and see that you can add to your subscription but if you have a subscription of multiple things or products like for example several types of coffee, can you add AND remove? I don’t see this info anywhere.

    2. This is by far the most informative video I’ve seen, these pointers will help a ton with setup of our subscription program, you also solved many of the functionality roadblocks I was running into with the base subscriptions app

  1. Hello Simon,
I so appreciate your information Marian Iโ€™ve been trying to find a freelancer who can do what you are describing I spent a couple of months bailing in this process. I am a small business bootstrapping my way along. I have a unique product and a very excellent market. I just need to get each machines operating properly. Is this something you could help me with.

  2. Simon, thank you for a great video. Whatโ€™s the best way to reach out directly to see if you can help me

  3. Hi Simon, I really enjoy your videos, very informative and well laid out, your video has helped me with what I want to achieve, been looking high and low for several months and when I almost gave up and was thinking of spending thousands and thousands of dollar for a customized solution but thank goodness I’ve stumbled upon your content, very helpful and clear.

I do have a question and I hope that you are able to point me to the right direction. The scenario is like this, say I want to offer xx% discount on first order for customer (I will use WooCommerce Smart Coupon) who enroll for subscription and for the subsequent subscription I would like to offer x% discount, and the customer will need to subscribe a min. of x months period, how do I go about this? Have you came across a plugin that can cater to the above scenario? Thanks in advance and looking forward to hearing back.

  4. Hi Simon, thanks so much for your videos. I have a problem which I can’t find an answer to on any of your videos. I have monthly subscriptions setup, but even though the scheduled date for next month is correct, it doesn’t try to take the payment. Its seems to take them every 4 months.

So it’s showing the Scheduled date as 2 months ago. I’ve checked the subscription settings a million times and it’s definitely scheduled to come out every month. This customers sub was last taken on 7th May 2022. It hasn’t declined her card or put her on hold, it hasn’t attempted to take the payment at all. This is happening across all of my subscriptions. I didn’t setup this subscription originally, I’m taking over from an employee who has left the business. I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out and just can’t. I’d really appreciate any help you could offer. Thank you so much.

  5. What if we have multiple subscription products the customer wants to group and ship at the same time can that be accommodated by WooCommerce Subscriptions?

  6. Thanks for the video Simon. At 22.08 I see your install mentions ‘Allow switching between subscription plans”.
Is this extra functionality from a plugin or custom code perhaps?
I am trying to find out what the process would be to allow customers to change from one subscription product to another subscription product and if that is possible or if it is a new checkout and I need to manually work the pro-rata. Was hoping that this “allow switching between subscription plans” is what this could be. Many tahnks

  7. Are customers able to skip payments with the free version? If not, can they do it with the pro version?

  8. Hi, thanks for the informational videos. How can I set a product so that the customer commits to a 12 month subscription that is paid monthly (its a subscription box), and can only cancel it after the 12 months he committed to?

  9. Please can you show to style and customise the subscription options on the product page, it looks kind of ugly
