Minervas reports massive increase in burger sales, led by local ranch partnership

Minervas has sold more than five times as many burgers in this year’s Downtown Burger Battle compared with 2022.

But the road to downtown Sioux Falls starts in Faulkton on the family-owned Hadrick Ranch:

The Minervas Downtown Burger Battle entry features Hadrick Ranch beef, Dimock two-year aged cheddar, onion rings, Old Smokehouse bacon and A1 aioli on a brioche bun. It’s served with Fernson Wagon Plane Porter beer cheese and fries.
