In this video, we go over the two methods we recommend for growing potatoes. If you’re in an established bed or turning a lawn into a garden, growing on the surface with cardboard weed barrier is best! Only if you have voles and a very restricted space do we recommend the trench-and-hill method because it takes twice as much work per pound of yield.
