  1. Thoughts on matching your ring metal color with your wrist watch? Can you do SS watch with rose gold ring?

    1. Absolutely. No need to match metals across all of your accessories. In fact, I think it looks better if you mix it up.

  2. 6:45 Why the 14k yellow gold does not get faded as the 14k white gold? Or do you want to say that if I break a peace of 14k white gold it is yellow inside?

    1. Yellow gold always is yellow. White gold is also a dull yellow (albeit much lighter). However, white gold is plated with rhodium but that will fade and the dull yellow will show. The yellow gold is not plated with anything so it always looks the same

  3. I put a lot of thought into my fiancés wedding band. In the end he said he wants a normal
    Gold ring 😂

    1. Question: what if a man is wearing a golden ring with a green stone on it on his left ring finger? Is this a wedding band? Should I assume he is married? Ive only ever seen traditional bands so I wonder

  4. I learnt a lot. I would have loved to know your thoughts on best rings for different skin color.

    1. What if a man wears a gold ring that has a greenish emerald stone on it on his left ring finger? Does this mean a wedding ring? Or is a wedding ring just a band like I’m used to seeing?

    2. @Daniela I assume it is a wedding ring. I wear mine on that finger. I think people are wearing different rings now for wedding rings. Like i am wearing the silicone one.

  5. Great video, although the advertisement for James Allen makes it a little extra. Loved the Khaki you’re wearing.

  6. I got a 14 kt gold domed wedding band. Its simple and beautiful. I think if you get gold and it looks like you have worn it for years don’t look like you trying to impress people.
Also the sizing is more important then anything get it sized right wear it like a second skin. Looks beautiful.

  7. I have an 3mm heavyweight court Platinum ring, its really thick but I have small hands so 3mm suited me, my Question is, can a small say 10 point diamond be inserted into the Band without damaging it? Great video 👍

  8. Does it really take 10-15 years for the rhodium to fade/rub off from a rhodium-plated white gold ring? I just recently read that they usually need re-plating after only 12-18 months. I really want to understand this, because I just spent nearly all day looking for the right ring for my fiancé since the one we found that he likes a lot isn’t made with platinum, and we don’t want to have to re-plate it every 1-2 years. Thanks for the helpful video!
