  2. really helpful, well produced video. Pro Tip- if you keep moving your table in a circle, you will eventually find a place where the feet are level and your work surface is stable. Try it.

  3. THANK YOU for the video. It helped me out a lot! Looking forward to your other video. Am certainly subscribing!

  4. I have several teak pieces purchased in Finland in the 1960’s. Most need refinishing. To my knowledge, the pieces just had a teak oil finish – my mother used to oil them once or twice a year, but over the years the top of the buffet, in particular, has become damaged, with water rings and sun damage. You have inspired me to try my hand at refinishing them. Could you explain the pros and cons of the various finish choices for teak?

  5. Great video and great result! Can you give me advice on this: I’ve got a big oval oak table. It is now grey from greywash what is done years ago. I want to make this table black but I want to see some wood structure. What do you think I can do best and how? Do I need to get the grey wash of and what can I use best to get the best black result with woodstructure?

  6. Harbor Freight 5ea 80grit 3″X21″ sanding belts for my belt sander $1.25 ea. Two belts and I would be almost looking at bare wood. 1ea 150 grit belt and it would be zero scratch ready for 220 grit using my block sander going with the grain. 30 minutes tops. Hit it with wood conditioner so it will take on the lacquer coats from my airless, remembering to hit it with 400 grit between coats and to use a tack cloth
