Suppose there are 20 stores in a state, whenever the user orders an product(all stores has same products) through our website, the order should go to the nearest store to their location and a notification to the head office(main admin) about the order.
Eg: i have store in Mumbai and Chennai and head office is in Kerala , a user is booking an product from Goa, the order of that product should go to Mumbai which is the nearest store for Goa and also should notice in Kerala(which is the HQ) about the order booking .

1. Is it one site contains only one store or one site can contain multiple stores?
2. If a person uses multiple stores would they have a separate business name (registered with their state) associated with each store or would they have all of those stores associated with one business name?

Do you know about a multistore plugin that support multisite? I testet woomultistore but they dont allow you to share product outside the multisite server(!)… They only allow that on standalone installation.
