And in summary caching works like this. Let’s say a user arrives to your website’s home page. Usually WordPress would make a request to the database to show the content to the user, but instead this plugin creates a static HTML page of your home page beforehand, and shows this to the user. Since there are no calls to the database it’s much faster to load. So let me show you in the tutorial how to adjust the settings for the best performance. 05:19 Resmush.it

  1. Sick! I have all of them already and I think I found out about the Total Chache from you, Robert. Thanks for the vid 🙂

    1. Oh that’s awesome. Yeah these are the essentials in my view. After these it depends on the type of site you have. For webshops you need some set of plugins, for blogs another, and so on.
Do you think I missed any plugins in this video that should be in the list?

  2. Great tips. I would love you to recommend your favorite shipping/mailing plugin, and show how it works best. Also, if you have a favorite image carousel plugin, that would be great to hear about.

  3. Friend please I’m having a little problem, I have a problem in signing up in freenom , why I can’t sign up in freenom

  4. hi sir i check your video its very nice but when i follow the same steps my website speed page doesn’t work i dont know why ? can you help me about this please

    1. Hi Oliver, try to reload your page few times. The way cache works is that it’s generated when someone visits the page for the first time after cleaned cache. And then run the test tool.

If that doesn’t help then check in the test tool that it shows that you have browser cache enabled (on most assets)

    2. @tipswithpunch thanks for the reply i appreciate it. do you have a video how to build a website step by step with a good structure for a website?

    1. do you already have a email marketing service?
I think depending on what you have, some of them have dedicated WP plugins

  5. Hi. I was wondering if there was a plugin or a way to make visitors choose layouts or designs they want for their website pages from my website. The layouts or designs will be provided by me for visitors to choose from. Thanks.

    1. not that I know of, but you might want to look into that. You can create a plugin for specific theme (or page builder) that would do that. But I’m not sure you can create a plugin that will create exactly same demo site on any theme.

    1. thanks for letting me know Arjun… for me it doesn’t work on Chrome also… I need to check why

  6. Can anybody tell me why my meta description will not update I’ve edited through yoast seo and still doesn’t seem to change even after clicking update
