Rest in Peace Queen Elizabeth II πŸ‘‘ Its time again to do a little travelling with me, this time we are headed back to Bullion Exchanges located in New York City USA. This will be the second time I am at the store this year, the first time being just two months ago. If you like to watch the video of my first visit, you can find the link at the end of this video. You can also find the video in my Content page of my Youtube channel. My original intention of visiting this bullion dealer is to purchase the Sunshine Mint 10oz silver bars, along with addittion New York Skyline black/yellow silver bottle caps. Unfortunately by the time I arrived in the country, Bullion Exchanges is completely sold out of these bars. This was a real blow because the Sunshine Mint silver bars (and rounds) are nearly impossible to find here in Singapore. The few that I have seen on private sale were listed at a very high premium, and were quickly sold. Fortunately Bullion Exchanges still have a huge inventory of precious metals available so I decided to purchase a single gold coin instead. This particularly coin is popular in Singapore and buying one directly from the States allowed me to reduce the premium somewhat. I wasn’t interested in the other slightly cheaper gold bullion coins Bullion Exchanges had to offer as I could generally get these coins here in Singapore at the same premium or even lower. As mentioned by many stackers in the community, its always better to buy locally-minted bullion wherever possible. Unfortunately this gold coin is a significant investment, and after buying the coin, I didn’t have the funds to purchase additional silver bottle cap rounds. I hope I can visit Bullion Exchanges in the near future, especially before precious metals spot prices don’t move significantly higher. In the meantime, I hope you will enjoy this presentation. My thanks to all for taking the time to watch and support this channel. You have my love respect and friendship. 1. Thanks for showing that Buffalo S2G. I’m probably gonna go to Bullion Exchanges this week myself. I actually never went inside. I usually buy online from them but now that I got some free time I’m gonna pop in. Do you pay any duties when bringing any PM’s into Singapore?

    1. Thats wonderful StG. Its a small store and can be rather busy so dun expect much interactions with the staff. They keep the bullion in another place nearby so once you have completed your transaction, you will need to wait a few minutes for them to bring your purchase over.

Make sure you purchase over US$1k to avoid the sales taxes. Good luck with your visit and keep on stacking my friend πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š

  2. Really envious of you being able to travel around the globe to buy coins. Good buy. Sure, I would like you to do videos of your gold coin stack in addition to your usual silver stack. Keep up the good work.

    1. Hiya millieosyd. Wonderful to see your comment again on my video. Its been awhile and I hope you are doing well. I was glad to have the opportunity to visit Bullion Exchanges and add this Buffalo to my stack. Would have been nice if the Sunshine Mint bars were available but I guess this coin would do for now. Hope to see more of your comments in my future videos. Cheers and have a wonderful week ahead my friend πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»

  4. They have a higher premium here too. I love the design of them, but the quality of the strike leaves a lot to be desired in comparison to other mints.

    1. Hiya Cyber. I can see your point of view. The Buffalo is a pretty coin and I would love to stack more. Unfortunately like in UK, premiums for this is a little high so I haven’t been able to do so.

I was just in UK over the weekend for a short layover. Wanted to get in touch with you but was short on time. Sad to hear the passing of QEII. We arrived the day after. I had planned to visit Coincraft and Hatton Gardens but after browsing thru their websites, there weren’t anything I wanted to purchase. Might visit them on my next trip.

Apprecite you stopping by to watch and support the channel. Keep up the awesome work on your channel. Cheers and have a blessed week ahead πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š

  6. New york !! How nice to be back! Wear a cap
N watch out for those flying rats.. amazing video as always keep up the great postings

    1. Hi M! Thanks for watching this video! Yes I was recently in NYC and yes, I was wearing a cap when walking on the streets πŸ˜‚ You will know which cap I was wearing! I was happy to score this coin and glad to share this video with all of you. Hope you are doing well and keeping safe. I will be seeing you all soon at the end of year. Cheers and lots of love β™₯️😊

  7. What a great looking gold coin S2G, I have always loved the design of the Buffalo/Indian Head, I will eventually buy a silver version (more in my price range), I’ve recently noticed from various YouTube channels that there is a lot of discussion about Sunshine Mint silver bars, particularly the vintage bars, I was following a 1oz bar on eBay Australia for the past week, it sold yesterday for $39 AUS plus postage of $9.70, thank you for sharing your recent trip to New York and Bullion Exchanges, you certainly do get around, we never know where you will pop up again. Cheers Peter JπŸ€£πŸ’°πŸ€‘πŸ‘

    1. Hiya Peter. Thanks for watching and sharing your wonderful comment. Glad you liked the video and the Buffalo coin. Good idea getting the silver Buffalo rounds if you can find deals on them. Bullionstar Singapore does retail the Buffalo rounds but the premiums are a little higher than the Merlions while the buybacks is the same. So I haven’t gotten into these rounds yet.

When I first started stacking, Bullionstar had the Sunshine Mint silver bars available. They didn’t last very long and they have been unavailable here in Singapore since. I have seen a couple listed for sale by private collectors. Despite the higher prices, those bars were quickly sold. When I departed from here, Bullion Exchanges had these bars in stock but alas, by the time I arrived in NYC, they were sold out.

Yes i agree, there are some interests on Youtube on Sunshine Mint products. Especially on the 10oz bars. I think if you can find them locally at a reasonable premium, these bars are a good buy. Thanks again for your awesome comment and have an awesome collecting week my friend. Cheers πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š

  8. I bought from them a kilo Argentia woman about 2 months ago. It is absolutely amazing, one of my favorite pieces I own. Really good price for what it is. I paid a little under $5 over spot per Oz for it. There is also a place in the diamond district called β€˜Bullion LLC’ , guy usually has high premium brands like Engelhard, Johnson Matthew for REALLY good prices πŸ˜‰

    1. Hiya Alex. Awesome to read your comment on this video and congrats on getting the kilo Argentia! Appreciate you sharing the information about the other bullion dealer. I will definitely have a look at them on my next trip to NYC!

In the meantime, my thanks for your support on this channel. Cheers and have a wonderful week πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š
