WooCommerce extension link appears to be broken and the video should have had an explanation of where to get the extension and how to install it for WooCommerce users instead of assuming that the extension was already installed.
Does the extension auto update the CRM with new orders or do users have to manually update the CRM ?
Which Jetpack plugins and extensions are required to integrate WooCommerce and the CRM as there are multiple options on the Jetpack screen ?
Will the extension import product categories ?

We definitely do need to update this video. Our WooCommerce extension (WooSync) does sync new orders automatically. This used to be a paid extension, but about a month ago we moved this to be a FREE core module. You can now simply turn ‘WooSync’ on in your CRM ‘Core Modules’ screen (under tools from the top CRM menu), and get all your Woo Data synced for free.
When you say ‘import product categories’, WooSync does import products as tags along with it’s order sync, but if you try that and it’s not enough, please reach out to support and share what you’re looking for (https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/crm-support/)
