We are now living our dream as digital nomads and want to inspire you to create your own story, whatever it may be! After 5 years of aimless, yet enjoyable, backpacking around the world we found ourselves in New York City battling with depression. At this point, we decided to go home and confront this problem head-on. After 6 tough months at home we decided to go away again, but this time with a goal in mind.. to turn travel into a lifestyle. Our time spent battling depression has influenced our outlook on life dramatically! We are now traveling the world in search of what makes us happy. In our vlogs, we talk openly and honestly about our travel experiences, the digital nomad life and depression. 1. I’m so sorry this happened to you guys. You put hard work into getting it all established anyway sorry for this and hello from Boston

    2. Just wanted to know an update on your current situation. Are you still or back in the U.S.? Did you get another van?

    3. @WARDOG Actually, most of the time old stuff is way better than this new shit they make nowadays….And also, not everybody can afford new!

    4. I’m sorry this happened to you! I truly am! I just want to give you some advice, when buying an older vehicle make sure it has 0 problems and get someone you know that has very good knowledge about them to go and check it out before you buy it. 2nd I understand that it was very tragic in the moment but as soon as you see fire ALWAYS CALL 911 or have someone like a bystander call 911, it looked like it was a very hot a dry day and there was a house and trees around plus cars trying to get by could not because of the black smoke and the fire. On a happy note, I hope you were able to continue to pick yourself back up and try again. I love anything to do with camping and hope one day I can do the same as you!
      Much love!

  1. idk why but I feel so guilty as an american, but of course it took coming to usa to get hurt. this business is a very popular one since covid for criminals. imagine brad Pitt in snatch only real trashy americans. also they take cars from hurricanes and water damage and sell em quick. it goes bad fast. I’m very sorry but facebook is also a way to sell stolen cars quick. they use em for crimes. sorry u got involved

  2. Wondering if you had a mechanic check the van out before you went on the road. I’m thinking fuel lines worn out. If you did why didn’t he spot things. Next time you buy put it on a ramp and get a mechanical engineer look at it.

  3. So thankful no one was hurt and you didn’t lose all you owned. As bad as that experience was remember not to fret You have no idea what that fire and this delay has saved you FROM. When things don’t go my way I remember 9/11. So many people have come forward to share their story about what kept them delayed that day so they weren’t another name on the wall. I know this might sound sad and negative, but it’s not. It’s a reminder that we need to always be in a state of gratefilnes and acceptance when things don’t go as planned. That we need to try to be asking for the universe to guide us, for our guides and guardians to show us if we are delayed or things don’t work out just so how much should we try to overcome the obstical or just rest knowing this happen at just the right time, doors will open that may be unexpected, but will tale you in a much better direction than you could have ever dreamed. Namaste.

  4. Oh forgot to mention you have a new subbie. Will be saying a prayer and asking the universe(my word for higher power,) your angels and your guides lead to exactly what your dreams are.

  5. 3:10Iron Man.

Although I wonder if he could have overpowered the fire if had tried from the other side. Wind is blowing towards him.

  6. I’ve binge watched your videos all day today after searching camper conversions as I’m a complete noob to the whole #van life thing.
First comment to you and wow you are seriously unlucky!
Great videos and adventures and I wish you all the best

  7. Thank God you guys are ok. My mom has been living in her camper on the side of my house. On 12/2 it caught fire. She was trapped and passed away. her body found after the fire was put out. It also caught my house on fire. PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MULTIPLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, AN ADDITIONAL FIRE ESCAPE, DONT PUT SPACE HEATERS ON THE FLOOR!!! It started bc of a space heater. The metal door swelled with the heat and she couldn’t get out.

    1. I’m here trying to understand why she couldn’t get out. You guys keep saying how fast it happened. How fast the whole thing was up in flames. Now I know

    2. My 17 year old son was like the man that tried to help you. He was out there trying to get the camper door open… calling nana nana nana… a couple of men, neighbors, showed up to help him. They tried everything to get in the camper, to get my mom out. My son was coughing for weeks
