I think that you’ve mentioned that every other week is a busy week for you because of the backlog refinement, retro, review, and still DSU. I do have a request and it may be a reach but is there a way that you can record an event like a retro, review, the stand-ups, and the backlog refinement? I would like to hear and see what developers say and think and how does do you as an SM facilitate these events? (if possible). And the dog is a cutie ❤️❤️

@Forever GeNella I just listened to the podcast about becoming a scrum master with your coworker/ mentor that answered a lot of questions. But just any content on skills/ that you would recommend learning. That could help us along the way like pivot tables or modeling software if any of these things may be used in this area of work.
