We spent 48 hours in world’s SMALLEST campervan In this Japan travel vlog we continue our vanlife road trip down towards the Izu Peninsula, spending 48 hours in this TINY Japanese Campervan. We also discover how different vanlife in Japan is compared to what we’ve been used to – sharing the pros and cons of our experience with you. The Izu Peninsula is a great Tokyo day trip or weekend trip destination. We take a beautiful coastal drive, visit a number of Japanese Onsens (hot spring baths) in the areas of Atami and Jogosaki coast, as well as some of Japan’s most beautiful beaches, the Ryugu Sea Cave and Mount Omuro Volcano. On this channel, you’ll find a variety of travel and vlog content, in which you’ll see us in places like Thailand, Japan, USA, Slovenia, and more. In 2017 we left home with just ÂŁ500 in our bank account and a dream to make a sustainable travel lifestyle happen! We are now living our dream as digital nomads and want to inspire you to create your own story, whatever it may be! After 5 years of aimless, yet enjoyable, backpacking around the world we found ourselves in New York City battling with depression. At this point, we decided to go home and confront this problem head-on. After 6 tough months at home we decided to go away again, but this time with a goal in mind.. to turn travel into a lifestyle. Our time spent battling depression has influenced our outlook on life dramatically! We are now traveling the world in search of what makes us happy. In our vlogs, we talk openly and honestly about our travel experiences, the digital nomad life and depression. We hope our videos can help to inspire you to create a life that makes you happy! ⭐ Make sure to Subscribe to our channel for more videos like this one! ⭐

  1. LOL That looks like a bunch of fun! I did the van life thing twice actually.. first time was in a 1970 Ford E100 Goodtimes van. Then the next was in an 83 E350 delivery van that I converted to a camper… (Yeah I’m probably showing my age a little here) My beautiful bride and I are currently in our 1989 32 foot Class C and I can bet you, she’d never go for anything smaller!

  2. That extinct volcano in Izu, they burn the whole mountain every year. It’s a kind of religious thing!

  3. I haven’t watched you both for a while, and you are pregnant ! How exciting. You look really glowing. All best wishes and hope it all goes safe and well for you both 👍

  4. I see you went to Iza and Mount Omuro but missed probably the coolest attraction! The train station where you got your matcha taiyaki is only 10mins away from Izu Zoo where they have the capybara swimming in their own onsen! Probably one of the coolest zoo around because most of their animals roam around the zoo freely. There’s a petting area for you to hang out with the capybara. One of the highest of my Japanese trip.

    1. @George M It’s too bad they didn’t show more of the zoo in the anime. I went there back in 2018 and it was a blast.

  5. First time watching y’all’s videos and it’s 2:18am where I am and I’m sitting here just cackling in bed by my boyfriend from Emma’s laugh!! Y’all are hilarious and such a breath of fresh air ✨ definitely have a new sub here! Amazing video, and congratulations on baby boy bean 🥹🤍✨
