  1. Hi, thanks for this convenient tool. It works well except the shortcode. May i know how to deal with the shortcode which doesn’t work in the post.

      We were not able to replicate any issues when we tested the same scenario on our end. Kindly make sure that you have used the placeholder [wt-related-products product_id=xx] (where xx is the product id) in that exact format.

      Thanks for reaching out. Our plugin presently doesn’t offer any options to set-up a distinct product and a random category globally. However, you can set the same individually for each product on the product edit page. Thanks for understanding.
