    He’s against fish.
    Imo i think a human that can not or will not source proteins from fish is a weak lifeform.

    Please try and propose the idea to an alaskan Inuit that Fish is inherently bad for them and they should be eating more plants.

    Do you know what grass is actually really good for? Cows.

You are not neutral l eat an omelet every day for brake fast and my keto coffee l use almond milk for 3 years and l lost 30 pounds l gues every body fits in a different type of diet as longest we don’t consume carbs and sugars will be ok that’s the real poison

  4. This is pretty funny, dogs are carnivores like humans..we are supposed to eat meat. On old cave walls they found paintings of animals and spears and clubs, not a drawing of a cabbage.

  5. Any diet that does away with processed food is going to improve health and the chronic western diseases. The fact that a vegan diet improves those conditions does not mean eating plant based is the best diet for humans. It only means that it’s better, at least in the short to medium term, than the SAD diet. Plants have defense chemicals that cause all kinds of issues in the body. They also lack a number of nutrients that are essential for optimum health.

  9. The perfect diet depends on your personal genetics. All of our bodies respond differently to what causes glucose spikes. Some people don’t even get glucose spikes from ice cream, but will spike like crazy from rice. Some people only feel good on an all beef diet and some people can’t even stomach beef but thrive off plants. This is why everyone should where a glucose monitor and evaluate how different food effect you.
