    1. Thanks Adriene. That definitely got the gut firing up. Felt quite full and little bit yuck after dinner. This practise definitely helped me get some air down to my gut and help breath a bit more better… definitely had the gut working as it was firing up burping and farting😂

  2. Do you have videos toddlers/preschoolers could follow along with? My son wants to do yoga with me so badly but he obviously struggles with videos I do. If I could find something on his level, he’d be so excited.

  3. I’m recovering from an elbow injury so gradually integrating my hands/arms back into my daily practice and also had a bout of IBS last week so this was a perfect comb8nation for me – not too Hand/arm heavy and also caring for my stomach. Thank you Adrienne x

  5. Helped me burp twice🤣! Once with the position with the arms out in front and legs out to the front, balanced on the bum and once at the end with the good ol coffee grinder. So good for trapped gas it would seem! Thanks, Adriene!
