  3. This is one of the many reasons fad diets can seriously compromise your health. Not only do they lead to poor fitness, they negatively impact your brain’s ability to function optimally. If you want to be healthy you need to have a varied diet, exercise regularly and get enough sleep. Don’t over complicate things, keep it simple and sustainable.
