  1. it isn’t apple to apple, Thailand is a country and Bali only a state, size much different in between and also culture and everything.

  2. 2:24 Of course transportation cost is gonna be more expensive if you want to travel all over one country, compare to traveling around just one island 😁 I understand Bali is almost seen as its own country, but it is still just 1 place, strange thing comparing a whole country to a small part of another country.

  3. After spending significant time in both places, without doubt, Thailand is the better option here. Bali has become way too overdeveloped and the traffic is a daily nightmare in most tourist hotspots. Value for money for accommodation is also not comparable with you getting much more bang for your buck in Thailand. But the big one is safety and crime. I can happily sleep with my doors unlocked and my key in my bike without a care in the world in Thailand. This is not the case in Bali where street robbery, burglaries, assualts against women are a daily occurrence and I have heard too many horror stories to account for. Of course Thailand has it’s fair share or scams etc. but violent crime is on another level in Bali and you need to be constantly aware of your surroundings and property. This may be a result of criminals flocking from other areas of Indonesia to prey on the easy pickings of drunk/naive tourists. Also, Thailand freed the herb 😉 you can enjoy a smoke in peace without the anxiety of ending up in front of the firing squad.

  4. Is it just me, or am I seeing more Caucasian ppl in Bali or at least in these videos? I dont mean that in a bad way but is this really touristy? I want to go somewhere where I’m immersed in the culture. Just got back from India and I enjoyed it so much.

  5. Bali winer number 1 destination beach mountain and culinary food traditional culture ….if you choose Thai so you transgender lol

  6. Not an apple to apple comparison, but OK, you seem to be fair because you experinced in both places yourself. Buts still its about comparing a country vs an island

  7. I agree with this video. Especially with this sentence, Bali is an island while Thailand is a country. So let me put it into perspective, when you compare Thailand with Indonesia. The stark difference is just incomparable. Indonesia has 17.000 islands with 1.340 tribes. How can Thailand beat that? Compare to most of Indonesia, Balinese price is considered high. So imagine how much cheaper travelling around Indonesia? Indonesia has 7 lakes with stingless jellyfish. Other country that has it is just Palawan. And only 1 lake. I dan talk about this for hours and I will barely scratch the surface
