Gold Coins or Gold Bars? Is one better over another and why? In this video we explore which might be best for you. I stack silver and gold to hedge against our debt-fueled, fiat currency-based economy that I am convinced is in deep trouble. 1. Depends on you, where you live and what you prefer. Personally, I prefer coins but each has their own merit.

  1. I’m about to start trading some of my Gold bars for silver bars. My goal for my silver hoard is 100,000 ozs atm I’m over 60,000 ozs just in silver alone that doesn’t include the gold I inherited and have bought nor does it include the decent platinum stack I Have built. I may even start trading or selling my platinum bars n rounds off to build up my silver n gold stack… now I got what others don’t have and atm I only know of and only seen 2 other ppl that own what I do. And that’s 1oz rhodium bars. I got 2 1oz rhodium bars I had 3 of them that I inherited from my grandfather. He was a very very wealthy man. And him and his father n his grandfather and his great grandfather all put their money into pure gold and silver. But my grandfather also put it into even more rare metals and thats how the rhodium came into play. Now I did sell 1 oz rhodium bar for 16,400 bucks which is nice but it’s ridiculously hard to sell it. Only one buyer was interested in buying but just one I was going to sell 2 and keep one for ever. But looks like I’ll be hanging on to the Two I have. But yeah man I’m gonna end up trading prob two 10oz gold bars for some 10oz silvers or some kilo bars. Or a bunch of 1oz bars lol. I’m not sure yet but I believe that’s what imma do and build the silver hoard up to where I want it to be. And 60,000 ozs is alot of silver when it’s mainly in 10oz 5oz 3.5oz and 2oz and 1oz bars n rounds and a few 100 and 1k oz bars. Those 1k bars are stupid heavy but they look so cool though. I’m more a bar guy because they just look cooler. The rounds are nice n all but personally I like the bars better

  2. I only buy bars from ABC Australian and Perth mint ! Their coins are tops always ! They have most the products too !

  3. Coins for two reasons 1) security easier to fake a bar 2) preferable tax incentives in the UK all gold in VAT free when buying but some coins are CGT exempt when selling too

  4. Coins and Bars seem a bit of a con to me, premiums to buy, premiums to sell, chances of profit? as the price increases, there’s still a premium

  5. If you don’t have God and a genuine relationship with Jesus, your broke no matter the gold.

    Jeremiah 29:13
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

I hope this means something to somebody. People have literally came back from death describing the horrors of hell and God has offered us a way out through the blood of His Son Jesus. Our sin has consequences. I’m not advertising a religion, some of the rudest people I’ve met have been religious, Im more talking about developing a genuine relationship with God. I don’t know who will be reading this or where their mind is at, but I’ve had more than my fair share of answered prayers and just cool experiences involving God and Jesus. I’ve personally been convinced. I would be wrong not to try and tell others, even if humans can be stubborn. I just hope atleast somebody reading this seeks God with a genuine heart and study the Bible. Be wise about it, things don’t happen over night, but maybe get some help understanding the Bible and listen to some testimonies from others concerning God/ Jesus because there is a lot of them. 🙂

  6. I buy only 24 kt gold biscuit from a well known dealer. They are issued by the Istanbul mint, stamped with a registration number on the sealed card and bar. They are the most popular for long term savings here in Turkey.

  7. I just like collecting odd things, no need to argue about going Mad Max etc. Nope not every house and safe get burnt 110%, sure it happens. So I still like collecting uncommon things, I reckon there’s a better perceived value to the item. Maybe bcos I started collecting stamps as a kid and that mentality hasn’t worn off yet , but I don’t collect stamps decades ago. Just gold coins bcos I reckon most people trust a coin rather than a bar. ( The other thing is the Chinese are good at faking bars more easily, sure they can fake anything including the dollars )
