  5. I drink ACV daily – two big glasses of water with 2 tsp in each glass. I only drink it through a straw aiming to the back of my mouth to avoid as much contact with my teeth as possible. Sometimes I make salad dressing with it too.

    I find that it regulates my hunger, and it has sorted out my irritable bowel. Hopefully it will lower by BP too and I will see positive results from reducing my fatty liver.
