  1. Good gut health he said ( Eat less , Exercise, and eat plenty of fibre diverse in Fruits and Vegetables 🥕👍👍)

  2. what does a normal day of eating and exercise look like on paper? what should I eat and when should I eat it ? what kind of exercises should i do and when should i do them ? our news channels should be pumping out this information to the masses

  3. what’s going on? my comments are disappearing. i have twice made critical comments about the use of aspartame and given some PUblications from PubMed to go with them…… are lobbyists for aspartame watching here?

  4. Very interessting!

    Edit:

Keto will work also with processed keto food. It’s just that you burn body fat easier.

Did he ignored it by purpose? Keto is obviously the solution.

Plus: Sugar inhibits fat burning. So yes, Sugar is Bad.

  5. 1:48:11 – did he ever say what the amount of protein is for that threshold to start muscle building synthesis per meal?
