    1. @Caroline Astara I feel that sick or elderly people should be rolled outside to get some sun when it’s a nice sunny day.

    2. @Mortius Vicimus big screen emits extremely strong emf. Use a transistor radio to hear it. Don’t be too close to it, at least 5 or 6 feet away

  1. ITS NOT AN AFFECTIVE DISORDER, DAMMIT! OH MY GOD, ARE THOSE THE LIGHTS THAT WERE DEEMED FRAUDULENT? HAPPY LAND SOCIAL CLUB AND JAPANESE POSTAL WORKERS! COME TO GROUP! JIM, I MISS YER DUNKIN DONUTS!

  2. What about Winter – is going outside for a couple minutes in light clothing like athleisure still benfical while you are freezing your ass of in the cold? Or is the intensity of the sun not strong enough?

  3. Früher waren Balkone am Krankenzimmer um die Patienten an die frische Luft zu bringen.Heute kann man nicht mal ein Fenster öffnen.

  4. The most effective treatment i received in the past was multifaceted…. Two months intensive… 1). Strong antibiotic to eliminate a long standing giardia infection followed by graduated daily infrared therapy with niacin, it was critical to do a month of infrared post body responding to niacin about 10 days to allow the tissues to dump sweat and toxins, then add in coQ10, gradual introduction of organic juicing, probiotics, then gradually introduce fresh veggies and fruits about month two. Daily walks in sun was critical to the process to the point heart rate and sweat occurred then stop.

  5. yeap this is how the rooster is really good at.
The rooster is there before sun set and the rooster is there before sun rise.

  6. I worked inside a steel fishing boat for 15 years. Last 15 years I work in a shop. I go to work in the dark and go home in the dark. I’m doomed. Lok

  7. Amazing content and thank you for clearly explaining the process with visuals. Going to share this with my kids as they suffer with trying to fall asleep.

  8. I set my kindle reader, on my iPhone, from white light to a black background, with white lettering, in order to not awaken my mate with light. Is this better?

  9. why do I fall asleep shortly after staring to read my E reader , then wake up at 12 or 1;00 am. sometimes I get up at three stay up all day then do it over again. Im 73 and walk 2miles a day weather permitting. I’m considering a near infer red light. can you comment on that.

  10. Your talk had way to much information and was way way to long. Much of what was said was repeated and redundant. Such as the human body is extremely complex and I had a friend that worked at Disney at night. I hope that helps you keep your next talk to 20-30 min.

    1. Sorry you thought it was long. Based on you summary it looks as though you didn’t get through even the first half. Keep trying. Several have written to us telling about how this video changed their life!

  11. Well yr shots are not the answer either, as a doctor you know that yr own immunity is the best. Giving these shots to children is child abuse, they need to build their own immunity or they just come to rely on shots. Me personally never had a shot in my life and I’m 62 and went threw the pandemic never getting sick.
